Therapeutic Approach

In her art therapy sessions, Ritu integrates the fields of human development, visual arts, and the artmaking process. She designs art interventions that incorporate Mindfulness, Contemplative practices, Nature-based art therapy, and traditional healing methods. With a focus on emotions, she guides individuals in exploring and engaging in a dialogue with their art and developing a personal vocabulary of symbols and metaphors. This approach fosters unique creative and emotional experiences, enabling them to find meaning through self-expression.
