Therapeutic Approach

Nupur Dhakephalkar is a person centred, trauma informed, EMDR trained, certified queer affirmative clinical psychologist. Nupur has a special interest in working with LGBTQIA2S+ clients, adolescents, adults, families and is currently focussing on working in the field of psychological trauma, PTSD, and EMDR therapy and mindfulness-based therapies. Few of the key services she is well known for are – queer couples therapy, marital counselling, psychotherapy for Depression, Anxiety spectrum disorders, ADHD, OCD, personality disorders, adjustment disorders, and addictions. She believes in continuous learning and is constantly engaged in upgrading and updating her psychotherapy training and skills keeping in mind the best interests of her clients.
