Therapeutic Approach

Prachi Mota is a trauma informed psychotherapist who utilizes a collaborative and an eclectic framework to help individuals navigate unresolved complex emotions, grief, interpersonal difficulties, self-esteem related concerns, and life transitions. By grounding her work in humanitarian principles and self-discovery, she attempts to create a safe, process-oriented space where clients can become “unstuck” and slowly move toward holistic living.

She is an RCI Licensed Clinical Psychologist who facilitates healing through a compassionate, “slowed-down” approach to untangling complex emotions. Her practice is primarily driven by her training in Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), focusing on attachment-based patterns and deep emotional processing.

She believes in continuous learning and strives towards growing as a person and a clinician.
