Therapeutic Approach

Aditi has closely worked with people having diverse mental health concerns like anxiety, depression, perfectionism, procrastination, ADHD, trauma, substance use, eating disorders, OCD, personality vulnerabilities, relationship and marital concerns among others.
She uses an evidence-based psychotherapy approach employing principles from cognitive behaviour therapy, humanistic and existential therapy, REBT, DBT, mindfulness-based practices and trauma informed approaches.
Her style of working is client centered and aims to provide holistic and ethical care to help clients improve their quality of life. Her motto is to help people create β€œhealthy relationship with themselves and those around them”.
